All students studying applied voice at Rider University should expect, in most cases, to hire an accompanist. During the fall and spring semeseters, students will automatically be charged the student accompanying fee and assigned a university accompanist. Students may opt out of this program prior to the start of classes. The per semester fee is not refundable in any part should a student discontinue voice study or decide to seek out another accompanist.
